Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
This will give you the necessary time to fill out any required paperwork and use the ladies room if need be.
Our appointments are often booked back to back so your diligence would be greatly appreciated.
We want you and those guests after you to experience the best treatment possible.
NO SHOW POLICY / CANCELLATION
To ensure that every member of our staff receives a fair wage, we have a very strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Please note that by booking an appointment at M A Beauty Lounge, you’re agreeing to our salon policies and a no-show or short notice cancellation will result in a 50% service charge. No Shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
